Worst Dressed: Oscars 2016

Lets get the bad out of the way. There were plenty of candidates for worst dresses, and these are just some of my least favorites.

Charlotte Rampling in Armani: I like very little about this outfit. The pattern is odd, the shoes don't work with it, her makeup makes her look tired and zombie like, and what is up with the strange chest patches? My only compliments for this outift, are the fit works for her and is modest and appropriate, and her hair pulled back is stunning.

Kate Winslet in Custom Ralph Lauren: I love Kate Winslet. I really do. But it looks like she rolled outof bed and threw on a trash bag. The shiny black fabric is all wrong, and makes her look like a cat woman reject. Her outfit doesn't have enough sparkle in it, and I think she went too light on the jewelry. I love her hair here, but it's the wrong pairing for the dress. My only compliment, is the fit of the dress is perfect for her.

Lady Gaga in Brandon Maxwell: I was very touched and impressed by Lady Gaga's amazing performance of "Till it Happens To You", but her outfit fell flat. I love the old Hollywod hair style she went with, and the color of her oufit. The top is perfect, but then she ruined it with pants with a weird cape-like attatchment. I would have loved to have seen her with a fitted skirt instead. Although she does redeem herself a bit with the $8 million dollars worth of jewellery, and the handsome fiancee.

Julianne Moore in Chanel: Evrything Julianne Moore has worn lately has seemed ill-fitting and un-flattering. The black Chanel creation just makes me sad. I love the touch of sparkle, and the lace, but the entire outfit is just off. The earring's are far too retro for the outfit, and the bracelet looks like a sad prom corsage.

My winner for worst dress of the night would have to go to...

Heidi Klum in Versace: There is absolutely nothing good to say about this entire outfit. The color is awful, the ugly floral attachments look like they were thrown on as an after thought, the one tulle long sleeve makes this look like a bad '80's prom dress, and the awkward boob cutout shouldn't be allowed near the red carpet. On top of that, her hair looks frumpy and there is a definite lack of jewellery.
