Now that the bad is out of the way, lets talk about the good.
Margot Robbie in Tom Ford: She looks like one of the coveted Oscar stautes in the shimmery gold Tom Ford gown. The neckline fits her flawlessly, and the dress hugs her in all the right places. The clutch stands out with its dark color and unique tassle, and her jewellery is minimal so as not to compete with the dress. The only problem I have, is I would have loved to see something different with her hair. With a gown like this, she would have rocked an updo.

Isla Fisher in Marchesa: She looks perfect. The gown hugs her perfectly, and the color makes her hair stand out even more. Her jewellery is done in the perfect moderation, and the belt keeps the dress from getting too frumpy. Her hair is pulled back perfectly, and works perfectly with her dress. My only complaint is the clutch. it doesn't look like it goes the greatest, and the outfit definitely didn't need one.

Saoirse Ronan in Calvin Klein: She might have lost the oscar, but she definitely is winning in this outfit. The color is flawless on her, and the fit is fantastic. It's still classy, with the right amount of showiness. It looks amazing on her, and definitely helped her stand out from the others. her hair is stunning, and the earrings are delicate and go perfectly.

Priyanka Chopra in Zuhair Murad: While this is coming dangerously close to the "bridal" range, it still manages to stay in the red carpet catagory. The fit is perfect, and fits her like a glove. Maybe she pulled a Chrissy Teigan and was sewn into her dress. The belt and the clutch match flawlessly, and the gown, while sheer, doesn't cross over into the tacky range. her jewellery is fantastic and minimal, and her hair is pulled back so all the focus is on her dress. She doesn't run the risk of blending into the carpet or anyone else for that matter.

And now, my best dressed winner is...
Alicia Vikander in Louis Vuitton: Yellow is a difficult shade to pull off, and she nailed it. the high-low cut of the dress shows off her shoes, and doesn't run the risk of making her look too cake-topperish. The beading is flawless, and the entire thing fits her like a glove. The shoes (while not my personal favorite), match the beading on the dress exactly, While I would have loved to have seen a little more jewellery, those earrings are on point, and the gold oscar statue she won for best supporting actress (in The Danish Girl) was the perfect accessory to finish off the outfit.
